14T to Host Officer and Member Training October 10, 2026
District 14-T will be hosting officer training for all officers and also for any members who wish to attend and expand their knowledge or prepare for possible advancement into leadership roles within your local clubs or at a district level.

Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Location: PA State Lions Office – 949 East Park Drive, Harrisburg PA 17111
NO RSVP REQUIRED
Attendees are encouraged to bring electronic devises with them (Laptop, Tablet, or smartphone) WiFi will be available on-site.
This training is highly encouraged for ALL club officers as well as any members wanting to expand their knowledge and explore leadership opportunities within your clubs and also at a district level.
This is open to neighboring districts to attend also.
0900am – 0910am Welcome DG Krista Anderson
0910am – 0935am President Training PDG Keldeen Stambaugh Covers leading meetings, building a team, delegation, communication, and keeping members engaged, etc.
0935am – 1000am Secretary Training TBD Covers reporting, membership updates, meeting records, and deadlines, etc.
1000am – 1020am Treasurer Training Lion Dan Harper Covers club finances, dues, statements, and invoices, etc.
1020am – 1035am Break
1035am – 1110am Portal Use PDG Kathy Fouse Covers commonly used areas of the Lions Portal by club officers.
1110am – 1115am Lions’ Leadership Institute Overview PCC Cathy Baker Covers training opportunities for Lions in 14T.
1115am – 1155am Zone Chair Training PCC Steve Benedict & PCC Cathy Baker Covers the ZC role within a district cabinet and within their respective zone/region.
1155am – 1200 noon Wrap up DG Krista Anderson Covers feedback and what’s next
